Payment should be done upon receipt of the INVOICE, but we have never refused anyone at an event for not paying the invoice beforehand.

Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the seminar. In this case, 20 % of the total amount is charged for administration. Otherwise, the full registration fee is due, regardless of the reason of cancellation. People who have registered, but do not show up nor cancel, have to pay the full amount. Of course, replacement is always possible at no extra charge.

For simultaneous registrations of participants from the same company (same invoice), the second participant of the same company receives 10 % discount, the third 20 %, and all further participants 30 % discount. A 20 % discount is given to participants from educational institutions (schools, universities) (please enter ACADEMIC as discount code below).
