• An approach for understanding the outcome that organisations are aiming to achieve
• A technique for understanding the external business environment

Course Format: The course is interactive, conversational with exercises and brainstorms built in. It is fast paced, so that a wide range of techniques can be covered in four hours. Some techniques will be covered in more detail than others, the aim being to give attendees just enough to start using the technique themselves.
