Preferably, payment should be done before the training. On-line payment with Mastercard, VISA, AMEX or Bancontact/Mister Cash is possible. Please check your confirmation email for instructions about on-line payment.
Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the seminar. In this case, 20% of the total amount is charged for administration. Otherwise, the full registration fee is due, regardless of the reason of cancellation. People who have registered, but do not show up nor cancel, have to pay the full amount. Of course, replacement is always possible at no extra charge.
For simultaneous registrations of participants from the same company (same invoice), the second participant of the same company receives 5% discount, the third 10%, the fourth 15%, and all further participants 20 % discount. A 20 % discount is given to participants from educational institutions (schools, universities) (please enter ACADEMIC as discount code).
We do no longer accept the KMO Portefeuille because of the associated overhead and confusion. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
